You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. When returning the complete order (all products), you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Note: The shipping costs are not credited when returning single products from the same order. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Within the Netherlands, these costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and \u2013 if reasonably possible \u2013 in its original condition and packaging. Exception for shelf-stable products<\/h3>\n\n

Products that you buy through this webshop have a limited shelf life and can therefore not be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.<\/p>\n\n

Reimbursement of the grow kit<\/h3>\n\n

Mushroom grow kits are susceptible to infections and bacteria. Manufacturers indicate that a grow kit that does not show mushrooms one month after setting up is unsalvageable. <\/p>\n\n

Therefore, it is important to set up the grow kit within 2 days of receipt and report any problems to us within 4 weeks of delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If a grow kit does not function properly, it may be eligible for warranty from the manufacturer and we can initiate the reimbursement process.<\/p>\n\n

A photo of the set-up\/growkitA clear explanation of everything you did to grow the growkit up to the point of complaint<\/p>\n\n

Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will start the reimbursement process. You will receive a clear answer from us, possibly with instructions on how to still save the growkit. <\/p>\n\n

If it turns out that the growkit is not repairable even after our tips, you will receive a voucher to spend at drmagictruffles.com.<\/p>\n\n

Note:<\/strong> A growkit that has already been reimbursed once is not eligible for reimbursement again.<\/p>\n\n
