This method is a reliable alternative to traditional spore prints and syringes, which often have a higher chance of infection and a lower chance of success. The ampule contains the mushroom culture and can be injected directly into the substrate. Be sure to follow the included instructions carefully for a successful harvest.  <\/p>\n<h2>Follow the instructions for a successful harvest!<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the Culture Ampoule with a clean, wet cloth.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend using an alcohol wipe to eliminate any bacteria.<\/li>\n<li>The included syringe is sterile packed. Make sure it does not get contaminated and open it in a clean environment.<\/li>\n<li>Loosen the cap of the Culture Ampoule slightly so that it does not vacuum while filling the syringe.<\/li>\n<li>Insert the needle through the rubber seal and draw the syringe full.<\/li>\n<li>The needle is now ready and the culture can be injected into the desired substrate. Grow these at room temperature.
