Placing an order at Drmagictruffles.com is very easy. You are ready after following these 3 simple steps. If you still have questions, you can always contact us.

    Proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your information.
    Check your order.
  3. Checkout your order.
    We will send a confirmation email within an hour.

All products on our website are in stock. As a result, all (paid) orders before 4 p.m. are shipped the same day and you generally have them at home the next day.

If you want to receive the order today, choose the DHL Today option if the order is placed before 12:30 PM, it will be delivered the same day between 18:30 and 22:00.
This option only applies to Dutch consumers.

If it happens that an item turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you about this.

Do you have to work during the day but want to make sure you don’t miss out on your package? Then you can also change the delivery appointment to have the shipment delivered at a later time or to forward it to a Parcel location.
You can change this option via track and trace. You will receive the track and trace when the shipment has been sent.

iDEAL is the most used online payment method in the Netherlands. Logical because it is safe, fast and anyone who does internet banking can use it. iDEAL payments take place in your own trusted internet banking environment.

If you want to use this payment method, choose ‘iDEAL’ on our checkout page. Upon successful payment, you will be returned to our website and your order has been placed. We will receive a confirmation and will process your order immediately.

Bancontact :
You can pay with Bancontact in a trusted, safe and easy way via internet banking from your own bank, if you have a Belgian bank account.

It may happen that you accidentally order the wrong item, or it turns out that it is not necessary at all. In such a case, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can often still change or cancel it. If the shipment has already been sent, different conditions apply and unfortunately we can no longer take fresh products back.

When the order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation.
When the order has been shipped you will receive an invoice for your order.
You will also receive an email with a link with which you can track the shipment

Mushroom grow kits are susceptible to infection and bacteria.

Manufacturers indicate that a grow kit that doesn’t produce mushrooms one month after setting it up can no longer be saved.

It is therefore important to set up the grow kit within 2 days of receipt and report any problems to us within 4 weeks of delivery.

If a grow kit isn’t functioning properly, it may be eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty, and we can initiate the reimbursement process.

You can easily do this by sending an email to our customer service at:

A photo of the setup/grow kit
A clear explanation of everything you did to grow the grow kit up to the point of the complaint

Upon receipt of your email, we will initiate the reimbursement process.

You’ll receive a clear response from us, possibly with instructions on how to salvage the grow kit.

If it turns out the grow kit can no longer be repaired even after our advice, you’ll receive a voucher to spend at drmagictruffles.com.

Please note: A grow kit that has already been reimbursed is not eligible for reimbursement again.

We request that you report any defects to us as soon as possible after discovering them.
