Colombian – Culture Ampoule Set

The Colombian Culture Ampoule allows you to inoculate your own substrate at home with Magic Mushrooms cultures. Traditional spore prints and sprays have a greater chance of contamination and a smaller chance of a successful crop of mushrooms. The Culture Ampoule contains the mushroom culture and can be inoculated directly into the substrate.

Follow the instructions for a successful harvest!

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the Culture Ampoule with a clean, wet cloth.
2. We recommend using an alcohol wipe to eliminate any bacteria.
3. The included syringe is sterile packed. Make sure it does not get contaminated and open it in a clean environment.
4. Loosen the cap of the Culture Ampoule slightly so that it does not vacuum while filling the syringe.
5. Insert the needle through the rubber seal and draw the syringe full.
6. The needle is now ready and the culture can be injected into the desired substrate. Grow these at room temperature. Within a few days, the mycelium will become visible.
