Traditional Chinese medicine is rich in legends and traditions that have been passed down for centuries. One of these ancient treasures is the Red Reishi mushroom, also known as the “mushroom of immortality. With the Red Reishi Liquid Culture Syringe, you can now grow it yourself! The admiration for the Red Reishi mushroom is not without reason. The mushroom is packed with natural vitamins, minerals and adaptogens. Adaptogens are unique compounds that help the body adapt to stress to promote balanced homeostasis. Red Reishi has long been used to support the immune system. It contains polysaccharides, triterpenes and other bioactive compounds that stimulate the immune system and help the body defend itself against viruses, bacteria and other harmful pathogens. With such a wealth of nutrients, it is not hard to see why Red Reishi has achieved such a respected status.

These instructions ensure that the liquid culture remains effective and usable for as long as possible.
What substrate do we grow on?
The answer is hardwood (most suitable: oak, beech, birch, alder). Should you prefer a more natural approach, it is also possible to cultivate Red Reishi outdoors directly on hardwood logs.
