How to prepare my Mondo PES Amazonian Trace bottle

Before you begin injecting your spores, you must first have created a substrate in a culture container or bag where you will drop these spores. The sterile Mondo spore vials are very easy to use.

1. Put on gloves and a mouth mask
2. Shake the spore vial vigorously back and forth
3. Unpack the injection needle and insert the needle through the rubberren membrane
4. Now gently draw the liquid into the hypodermic needle
5. Include grow tray or grow bag with the substrate
6. After filling the syringe, slowly press the plunger and drop each drop scattered on the substrate. The spot where the drop falls on the substrate is a potential mycelium growth point, by dividing it you will optimize colonization.
