Use

Rapé (pronounced ha-peh) is a fine powder administered through the nose with a special pipe. For self-administration use a Kuripe, for administration to another person use a Tepi.

Preparation:
Provide a calm environment and a clear intention. The experience is often most powerful when approached with respect and focus.

Dosage:
A small amount per nostril is sufficient (about half a pea-sized grain).

Administration:

• Place the narrow end of the pipe in the nostril
• Breathe deeply, keeping the head slightly forward
• Blow forcefully and in a controlled manner into one nostril, repeat at the other
• Let the recipient breathe quietly and integrate the experience

Aftercare:
Tears, sneezing or discharge are normal. Give space and time to calm down.
